Spent the first weekend at our beach house this weekend and all I can say is "Wow!" Our new beach house is perfect. Best of all, we can afford to enjoy it - and rent it out later if we need to. With the OBX market, I wasn't sure we could find a second home that fit our needs at a workable price and you helped us thread the needle. We couldn't be happier.

I knew you were the right agent for us when I e-mailed several realtors the Friday afternoon before Labor Day to inquire about a buyers agent.
